Porridge 5 cereals with glazed fruits

Ingredients:

Flakes
Milk or water
Salt, sugar taste
Glazing sugar 1 tsp
Whiskey (rum, cognac) 1-2 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • You regulate the thickness of the porridge yourself, to taste


  • Refueling: - while the porridge is being prepared, we make the dressing.

  • Apricot, nectarine, apple, or other fruit to taste.

  • Cut the fruit into pieces, fry in butter in a pan, until golden brown.

  • Add 1 teaspoon sugar, stir to make caramelized fruit. Remove skillet from heat. At the end of frying add 1-2 tbsp. l whiskey (rum, cognac), let it brew.
