Milk semolina porridge

Ingredients

Water
Milk
Semolina
Salt, sugar

Cooking method

  • - I poured 0.5 liters of cold water into a saucepan, put a whistle on the neck.
  • - Milk poured into a saucepan.
  • - Put it on high heat until the water boils and the bell rings.
  • - When the bell rang, I take off the whistle so that it doesn’t blow constantly, I turn the fire down to a minimum. The milk also became hotter, but its temperature reached only 94-96 * C - the milk will not boil, which means it will not run away from the pan.
  • - I put semolina in a saucepan, add salt, sugar to taste, mix well so that there are no lumps.
  • - I close the lid of the pan, you no longer need to stir the porridge - the semolina will slowly swell and cook - the liquid does not move in the pan.
  • I made the porridge thicker, so I needed it. You can fall asleep and less semolina - you get a liquid semolina porridge.
  • This is what porridge looks like in a saucepan (though I mixed it here)
  • Time passed, porridge is ready!
  • We put it on a plate, add butter - if you please try!
  • The porridge turned out to be airy inside and delicious!
  • This porridge can be prepared with the addition of dried fruits, raisins.
  • Bon appetit, everyone!

Milk semolina porridge

Here I am in the morning with semolina for my son. It turned out! Only here and there are small soft "breasts". But delicious! It boiled well in 10 minutes, Nordic groats taste great, nothing to do with ordinary semolina (some kind of flour). Pricey but worth it.

Super!!!! Porridge without problems and dancing with tambourines, and DELICIOUS

Lumps, apparently the cost of not mixing cereals well in milk, is a profitable business.

Elenka, I all want to ask - does the porridge taste different from other cooking methods? and how does the little son treat her?

I would never have thought of it .... It's that simple. We need to get our far-hidden milk cooker, cook porridge for our grandchildren. thank you very much

Also try the multigrain semolina version - you won't regret it!

I made semolina porridge in a milk cooker today. It couldn't be easier. Just super.
Didn't make a thick porridge. So that the semolina is not lumps, pour the prepared amount in a glass with cold milk and stir. Then she just dumped everything out of the glass into hot milk and stirred with a spoon. When after 10 min. crawled into the pan, got scared. There was milk on top, and thick porridge below. I took a whisk and just mixed everything with it. It turned out just fine. And what is most important for me is not to constantly interfere. Well, I'm very lazy
Admin, thank you very much. Finally, there was a case for this saucepan.
Herculean porridge is next in line.

Lena, it's nice to know that you please

Therefore, I pour the cereal into hot milk, let the semolina swell a little, and then stir it right in the saucepan until smooth and leave it until tender. Then I put pieces of butter on the porridge and without stirring I bring it to readiness under the lid - everything turns out okay. Airy porridge !!!

Lena, try another semolina with rolled oats - very tasty!

Tanya, looked at the porridge link, the one with raw jam. Very nice and probably delicious. I have a question about this jam. Do you fill in small containers to reach and eat? After all, it must be defrosted. I did this once from raspberries. Only now I have not guessed to put whole berries. I will definitely do it next year. But this is a saying, and a fairy tale is ahead. I read the whole topic about the milk cooker and so I felt like porridge, although I don't really feel sorry for her, that today I went and bought this saucepan. I haven't cooked porridge yet. By the way, I don't like porridge with a cartoon.

The porridge in the milk cooker is really delicious! And cooking is not troublesome!

Congratulations on your purchase, I hope you will not be disappointed in your choice

About jam:
The capacity is only 500 ml, it defrosts quickly and is quickly eaten, and can stand in the refrigerator for some time.
Usually I take it out of the freezer, leave it on the table overnight and by morning it is ready, thawed.
Then you can boil such jam and microwave for a few minutes - if the recipe requires it.
And it goes well with porridge or pancakes!

Tanya, thanks for the quick response

I cooked semolina porridge for the first time in a milk cooker - very tasty! I wanted to advise mummies whose children do not eat well - in addition to butter, it is also good to add a raw egg to porridge. It turns out more nutritious.

So that there are no lumps in the semolina, you need to pour sugar, salt to taste into the dry cereal and mix. Then pour everything into milk, there will be no lumps, try it and you will succeed.

And even better - while pouring semolina into the pan, stir the milk with a whisk - it helps a lot, guaranteed, there will be no lumps

[b] HOW I LOVE MANNA KASH but I cook very rarely in the morning I do not always want to cook it, sometimes there is no time Therefore, my porridge is not fed. And men, as it were, do not consider it to be food: if I cook it for dinner, they will still climb into the cold to eat something else. Only the youngest son loves semolina, he does not eat anything at school, only if they give semolina
