300 gr of different cheeses (brie, mozzarella, gouda 100 gr each)
1 table. a spoonful of dry parsley
salt, pepper, nutmeg

Cut eggplants or zucchini into 1x1 cm cubes, salt, stir, leave until the juice is released.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper, sprinkle vegetables, sprinkle with pepper and seasonings, pour over with vegetable oil, stir and bake in a preheated oven at T 200 ° (convection 180 °) until golden brown.
Boil milk in a saucepan, dissolve the cheeses in it, season, add ready-made vegetables, stir, heat, let stand for a while so that the gravy is absorbed.
Serve with rice, boiled potatoes or pasta.

Z. Y. If you are using bell peppers or pumpkin, you do not need to salt beforehand. Just bake in the oven until tender.
