Cutlets with prunes and carrots (steamed)

Ingredients

1 kg cutlet meat (not poultry)
2 medium carrots
1 handful of prunes
1 apple
1 onion
5 tablespoons oatmeal (instant)
200 ml of kefir

Cooking method

  • Remove the middle from the apple, peel the carrots and onions and cut into large pieces. Skip meat, vegetables and fruits through a meat grinder, add flakes, kefir, salt. Knead the minced meat well and let stand in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Form the patties and steam without breading for 20 minutes.
