Ouch! Lovers of cottage cheese, answer me ... Isn't anyone interested
Summer resident
Misha, we just grumbled them in silence and that's it
Misha
The summer resident, even if silently, is still nice. I really thought that one such is a lover of cottage cheese in any of its manifestations

The recipe is interesting, you need to do it. I propose my own recipe, also the name, but a slightly different recipe - Thoroughly mix children's store cheese curds with oatmeal (store) cookies ground in a blender (you can 1: 1, but you can have a little less cookies), roll up the balls and roll in coconut chips.

Misha, I made such curd balls, but the recipe indicated to keep in the freezer, not the refrigerator.
Before serving, hold on the table and serve with hot tea / coffee, so that there is a sharp contrast: hot and cold.

* kisena, I think your teeth are unlikely to like it

Misha, agree
Therefore, I do it extremely rarely.
I still can't refuse, for me it's like another favorite combination of hot bananas and cold ice cream

Thank you for the recipe, otherwise I don’t know how to stuff cottage cheese into a baby ... under such a "sauce" it will not resist!

ARCHIK, tell us about the results later

Thanks for the recipe! We must try to do it. And I also think you can add condensed milk and vanillin.
Duffy
Thanks for the recipe. Next time I'll just increase the amount of sugar, it turned out sour for my taste. But I am sweet, maybe 4 tablespoons are just right for someone.

and if you add condensed milk cream inside, or something like that ... just do it will be gorgeous! What do you think?! then briefly in the freezer to grab!
bookmarked with gratitude !!

If a good (thick) condensed milk, then why not? For me, the sweeter the better. It's scary to put it in the freezer - it's still cottage cheese ...
katerix
ok, under the freezer, and longer ... so that they would not fall apart, but they were hard on the edge !!!
I'll go try, maybe my tomboys will eat like this !!!
Duffy
I sent 2 pieces to the freezer for testing, let's see the result. By the way, my Rafaelki don't fall apart. Soft, yes, but they keep their shape well.

so that's the joke, I want the crust to crunch like rafaello and the filling is tender and tasty ...
if I have some fudge left, I need to try to stuff it in there, and fool the kids ... we already have a crazy heat ... the place of bad Syrian ice cream should go, I hope
Duffy
Better not to freeze. It turns out not a crust, but freezes all over completely, I had to gnaw.

why so much and how much did you keep in the freezer?
I did it well ... though the chocolate filling was dark, I didn't like it ... I want to try it with white chocolate
Duffy
What an hour she held. But I didn't put chocolate in there. Everything was according to the recipe. Well, a lot also depends on cottage cheese. I, apparently, was not the best, so it froze and gave acid.
