Curdled milk 400ml
Salt 2h l
Sugar 1 st. l
Grated cheese 2st. l
Spinach 4st. l
Olive oil 4st. l
Dry yeast 2h l
Tomatoes

Cooking method

  • Knead not tough dough, distribute in shape, top with tomatoes, freshly ground pepper mixture, coarse salt and sprinkle everything with olive oil. Leave on for 1 hour.
