600 gr turkey (any meat) minced meat
2 onions
3 table. spoons of semolina + 4 table. spoons of milk
1 egg
salt, pepper to taste
dry or fresh parsley

Soak semolina in milk. Fry one onion in vegetable oil until golden brown. Finely chop the second onion. Mix all ingredients and mix the minced meat thoroughly.

1 large onion
2-3 tablespoons of ground nuts (any)

Drain the juice thoroughly from the beans. Cut the onion into cubes, fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add beans to the onion and simmer until the liquid evaporates. Add ground nuts, "blender", season.

Divide the minced meat and filling into 10 parts. Lubricate hands with vegetable oil and form zrazy. Dip in breadcrumbs and fry in hot vegetable oil over low heat without a lid.
