Pink salmon salad with assorted vegetables

Ingredients
Pink salmon in its own juice 1 can
Vegetable mix
(green peas, green beans,
corn, carrots) 1 can
(about 250 g)
White beans 1 can
Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Green onions 1 bunch
Cooking method

Remove the pink salmon from the jar and mash with a fork into large pieces, season with sour cream and mayonnaise, add finely chopped green onions, salt and mix well. Drain the vegetables and beans in a colander, drain off excess liquid and add to the fish. Stir again

Note
Each housewife has a stash of canned food. So from them we make such a salad when guests are on the doorstep and are very hungry
