Ingredients

2.5-3 liters of ready-made broth or water (I have beef rib broth)
1 medium sweet bell pepper
2-3 large celery stalks
1 large carrot
3 cubes frozen spinach (1 cube = 50-60 g)
5-6 medium-sized potatoes
1 bunch of parsley

Cooking method

  • There are many recipes for all kinds of vegetable soups, I like them because they cook quickly Vegetable soup and simply, from the vegetables available at the moment / season. Moreover, they are always different and tasty !!!








  • Grate everything except spinach and parsley on a "Korean" grater. Chop the parsley with a knife. Bring stock or water to a boil, add all vegetables and NON-thawed spinach. Let it boil again, remove the foam, season with salt and cook at medium boil for 15 minutes.
