Chopped pork schnitzel

Ingredients

700 gr of meat (ham / shoulder)
1 bunch of green onions

Cooking method

  • Pass the meat through a meat grinder with a coarse grill and cut the semi-frozen very finely with a knife. Mix with eggs, chopped onion, knead and beat off the minced meat. Form round cutlets NOT MORE than 1cm thick. Put in a well-heated frying pan, if necessary, press down and straighten to the desired thickness. Fry on both sides in butter over high heat.
