Put in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 4 hours (I had it for a day). The marinade is completely absorbed into the meat.
Breaded the chops in polenta and fry in hot butter.

Honestly, I have never eaten such fragrant and juicy chops!

I soaked the chops, the composition of the marinade is very bold, if not for Stеrn I would not dare to bother with this, but the result smells deliciously like diving into the refrigerator, the smell beckons me

I turned out to be a stunning yummy-tender

Hello Stern, I have a question about turkey chops. First beat off the meat, and then poke it with a knife? How hard to beat the meat? Is it possible to grind simple corn grits somehow, well, polenta is not sold in our town. Because of this, several recipes are "hanging", but I really want to. Thank you. And a happy holiday for you.
Stern
AUV, happy holidays too.

You don't need to beat the meat at all. Only to pierce with a knife.
The polenta I'm using is exactly like semolina (only yellow).
I believe that such grinding cannot be achieved on your own. If you grind the cereals in a coffee grinder, you will most likely get flour.

Stella, I am grateful again !!!!!! We made BBQ chops for Saturday lunch in your yoghurt marinade It turned out very juicy and expressive (well, my husband also tried, fried) And the "Tzatsiki" sauce made of yogurt, cucumber, garlic, etc. is generally ideal for meat. I wrote it down in my book and thought it was yours, but I didn’t find it in the table of contents. But it’s very tasty, well, bread on ripe dough from Vika is also superbly suitable. Thanks to everyone for the great recipes, from my whole family

And today I cooked "Turkey chops in yoghurt marinade" for dinner. They marinated for 4 hours, they turned out to be very soft and, thanks to the marinade, fragrant. I think if you leave them to marinate longer, they will just melt in your mouth.

and thanks for the report
A report with a sequel I only grilled half of the chops yesterday. Today is the second half. It turns out that the meat was marinated for 1.5 days. The husband said: sooooo gentle and airy
I almost fell under the table ... my husband does not say such words at all. The maximum is normal.
These are the turkey chops !!!! I advise everyone!
