Baked chicken breasts in sour cream

Baked chicken breasts in sour cream

600 gr chicken breasts
200 gr sour cream
2 table. soy sauce
1-2 cloves of garlic or 1 teaspoon dry spoon
1 table. a spoonful of dry parsley
curry powder
dry paprika
salt, pepper to taste

In a glass saucepan, mix sour cream, soy sauce, minced garlic, curry powder, dry paprika. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cut the chicken breasts like into goulash, put in the sauce, stir. Cover the pot with a lid and place in the oven preheated to 180 °. When the gravy boils, reduce the temperature to 140 °. Cook for 1 hour from the moment the gravy boils.
You can then boil potatoes, rice, or pasta in the gravy.

The meat melts in the mouth and looks unusual. The husband did not even understand what it was. But the taste is appreciated.

I have a question, or rather several, can I? Judging by the photo, the breasts are stewed, right? And if you put them out on the stove in a frying pan? Or will it not be quite right? And if in the oven, after boiling, do you need to remove the lid from the saucepan or should Chrudi languish under the lid?
And in general, these Chrudi have been pickling in the refrigerator since yesterday evening ...

Tiny, yes ask, dear, as much as you want!
I love your questions very much, I like HOW you ask!

1. You can stew in a frying pan, but, you know, it tastes better from the oven.
2. In the oven after boiling, simmer under the lid, remove the lid 15 minutes before cooking, if you want a crust.

Tinyand how is the bestseller? Have you read it?

Uuu, they read it "to the holes"! You know, to be honest, I didn’t even think that such a seemingly uncomplicated dish would lead them to such wild delight! My daughter kissed her twice, and for lunch and dinner, she says she has never eaten better than chicken, but the fact that this chicken breast did not immediately cut through, I "split." In general, this breast reminded my taste of some kind of delicate soufflé ... but from what animal the ento soufflé, without my help they would hardly have guessed ...

In general, I drag you a hefty bag of thanks from my livestock 🔗 !
