Ingredients

~ 400 gr ice cream, minced spinach
200 gr minced meat
1 onion
1/4 cup buckwheat
~ 3 l boiling water
salt

  • It so happened that today I got into time trouble. The valiant officials in the government agencies, which I am passionate about, promulgated me 2 hours longer than the scheduled time. And, of course, there was no ready-made lunch in the refrigerator. In general, I have left to cook dinner (soup) before the children arrive 30 minutes... Let's start !!! Spinach soup with buckwheat
  • We put the saucepan on the stove, over medium heat, put the spinach cubes in it and, while the spinach slowly melts, boil water in a kettle. Add finely chopped onion to the spinach. Fill everything with boiling water, make small meatballs and carefully put them in the soup, add buckwheat well washed with hot water. Increase heat to maximum and bring to a boil. Stir gently from time to time to dissolve spinach more quickly, salt. Reduce heat and cook until buckwheat is cooked, about 15 - 20 minutes. While the soup is boiling, cook the eggs hard.
  • Serve with sour cream and boiled egg halves.
