Cottage cheese casserole with lavash Turkish berek

Ingredients

thin lavash 1 pack.
sour cream 3 tbsp. l
milk 150 ml
egg 1 PC
cottage cheese OK. 300 g
hard cheese, herbs, salt, pepper, mayonnaise taste

Cooking method

  • Turn on the oven to heat up to 230 °. (I have this maximum)

  • Mash the cottage cheese with a fork (I can handle it with my hand) to a homogeneous consistency, salt and pepper to taste. Add chopped greens, mix.

  • Cut the lavash into two halves. Grease one with mayonnaise and grind with grated hard cheese

  • Put the next half on top - distribute the cottage cheese with herbs on it

  • Twist all this into a roll and cut into pieces. Arbitrary length - I divided into 6 parts

  • Place in a baking dish

  • Prepare the fill.

  • To do this, mix the egg, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. You can also use a mixer, but I just used a half-liter jar - I put everything in there, closed the lid - and jerked intensively (as if I was going to feed the leaven)

  • Pour the lavash blank up to about half. From above, you can still crush hard cheese - you get a tasty crust

  • Put in the oven for 30 minutes - until a crust appears

Found this recipe for Cook. RU. There it was called "Turkish Berek". I did not find out the exact name, as soon as I saw the recipe, so immediately I had it and changed it in my head in my own way
I altered it a little to my taste and my products
