Pork loin with drunk cherry (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

portioned pork loin 4 things.

Cooking method

  • turn on the multicooker in the Multipovar mode, 10 minutes, 110 * C and bring the meat to readiness.
  • Note
  • When serving, pour the resulting sauce over the meat, very tasty!
  • Serve fresh vegetables for garnish, sprinkle with green onions.
  • Drunk cherry - berries left over after making cherry liqueur.
  • If such berries are not available, you can add 30-50 ml to the meat. dry wine and 1 tsp sugar.

Or you can fry in the Baking mode.
