Pork with drunk prunes

Ingredients

500 gr pork (neck)
1 large handful of prunes
6-8 tbsp Madeira
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp Teriyaki marinade sauce
0.5 tsp ground ginger

Cooking method

  • Cut the prunes into strips, mix with Madeira, Teriyaki sauce and chopped garlic. Cut the meat into portions, beat off or process with a tenderizer. Place in a baking dish, add marinade with prunes and let stand for about 20 minutes.
  • Bake in the oven at T 190-180 0FROM.
