Seafood cocktail in tomato-cream sauce

Seafood cocktail - 250 grams,
Tomatoes in their own juice - 250 grams,
Cream - 100 ml,
A little vegetable oil,
A couple of cloves of garlic
1 table. a spoonful of soy sauce
Dry white wine - 100 ml or lemon juice to taste
Any pasta - 250 grams.

First you need to put the pasta to cook. Season enough boiled water with salt and olive oil, add the pasta, stir and cook over medium heat until half cooked (I don't like undercooked pasta, the so-called "aldente", so I cook until cooked). While the pasta is boiling, fry rather coarsely chopped garlic in a small amount of oil in a frying pan.

Add a seafood cocktail. If it has been frozen, I prefer to defrost it first (you can use the microwave), but you can defrost it directly in the pan during cooking.

Quickly fry the seafood over high heat with constant stirring until the liquid evaporates, then add the chopped and peeled tomatoes (I had tomato puree, and I poured it in).

Simmer for a couple of minutes with constant stirring until the tomato is absorbed and pour in the cream.

Bring to a boil, pour in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, season to taste with lemon juice or pour in a little white dry wine, transfer the already boiled pasta to the prepared sauce, mix and on the plates.

Thank you for the recipe "Seafood cocktail in tomato cream sauce". Especially for its preparation I bought a mixture of seafood - we have never prepared anything from an ice-cream mixture, we buy cocktail-preserves, we immediately eat it. Prepared according to your recipe, only without cream and soy sauce. It turned out very tasty !!! I liked it, I will cook, the main thing is nothing complicated!
