Lavash rolls with spinach

For 4 rolls

300-400 gr frozen leafy spinach
125 gr feta cheese or feta cheese
100 ml liquid cream
1 teaspoon of starch
15-20 gr butter
salt, nutmeg

1 tomato
2 green onion feathers
1 small sweet pepper
a small bunch of greens (parsley, cilantro)

Defrost the spinach, drain the water. Melt the butter in a skillet, add the spinach and evaporate the remaining liquid. Drain the cheese well, cut into small cubes, add to spinach, stir. Pour in 50 ml of cream, stir, bring to a boil, simmer. Dissolve the starch in the remaining cream, pour into the pan, stew with constant stirring until the liquid is completely absorbed. Season with salt and nutmeg, remove from heat.

Green onions, bell peppers, greens, finely chop, mix. Do not refuel with anything! Cut the tomato in half and cut into thin slices.

Spread the pieces of pita bread with spinach mass (spread the mass over the entire surface of the pita bread. I baked the strudel that day, and mechanically left the free edges.), Sprinkle with salad mixture on top, lay tomato slices, add a teaspoon of mayonnaise.

Roll the lavash. Place the rolls on a baking sheet, place in a cold oven and turn on T 120 ° (convection 100 °). Once the oven is preheated, you're done. The rolls should be warm, not hot. Do not overdry!

You can't do it in the microwave - the pita will turn sour.
