Steamed chicken breast (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Chicken breasts 2 pcs
soy sauce 50 ml
adjika 0.5 tsp
basil 0.5 tsp
marjoram 0.5 tsp
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • I marinated the breasts in this marinade ... well, for about an hour, everything was marinated, maybe a little more. Then she took them out of the marinade, wrapped them flatly in foil and laid them on a steam plate in the bowl of a pressure cooker-cuckoo. Water poured to the level 4, did on mode Turbo steamer 30 minutes, the meat turned out soooochnoe, my husband ate said VKUSNYAYAYATINA !!! When I cut it there was a feeling that the bones were not there. Try it, I recommend it.

Girls, such a question. If you are steaming, why do you also wrap it in foil? What does it do? After all, a couple and so everything turns out very juicy.

To be honest, it seems to me that the juice is somehow better preserved in the foil, these are just my observations. It's just that the juice does not flow into the water, but remains here, around the product that is being prepared.

Yeah, okay. This is what I am gaining experience in advance, because the cuckoo will be delivered to me tomorrow.
I usually steam chicken breasts for my dog. He's sick and he can only eat such food. So 30 minutes is enough for two breasts? If I understood you correctly, Tanyulya, will the bones separate easily and easily? On a regular steamer, I cook the breasts for an hour.

Yes, the bones are very easily separated, if not very large breasts, then 20 minutes on a turbo steamer is enough, these were my first experiments, so I set it for 30 minutes, then the time varied from 15 minutes, for one small breast 15-17 minutes on a turbo steamer quite enough. Bones are certainly not chewed, but the meat is ready and very juicy.
For a roll of a shank weighing 1 kg a little more, 40 minutes is enough for me, all on the same turbo steamer, I also cook in foil.
Good luck to you.

I have already bookmarked the recipe for a long time and waited for a suitable opportunity to cook everything. Prepared - liked it
As promised by the recipe, the meat really came out juicy. For me it was downright a surprise, because I got used to the fact that in any form the chicken file turns out to be rather dry. The composition of the marinade is fully approved. As a gag, I added, however, a little lemon juice. Next time I want to put the marinate on longer. I would like the meat to penetrate deeper with the taste of the marinade.
Garnish with rice with soy sauce. It is delicious!

Thank you for the tip: flowers: Glad you liked it. My child is ready to eat only chicken in any of its variations and loves the breast very much, so with the purchase of Cuckoos he loved chicken even more, because it is always aaaa juicy. You can marinate for a long time, when time permits, I leave the meat in the marinade for up to a day, of course the taste of the finished product is different there.
Thank you again and bon appetit

I simply salt or marinate the chicken and chicken "spare parts", put it in a Tupperware container and keep it in the refrigerator for at least a day. The taste becomes richer, everything is evenly salted.

Tanechka, brought you thanks from my second daughter. The smell was amazing while the breast was cooking. People nervously walked past the kitchen, as their daughter said. Thank you very much for the recipe again.

Agreed, to me too on you.

It's a shame you can't thank twice.

in the absence of soy sauce, marinated in tomato juice. You can try the second fillet in an egg + seasonings for chicken or still go for soy sauce, I think

It will not work in an egg - steam cooking!

Tanya, thanks for the advice, so I'll go for soy sauce
Tanyulya
Tatiana answered correctly, the egg is a little bit wrong, although I have not tried it ..... I am more and more soy sauce and grass-ants.
