Stuffed tomatoes in the oven

For 8-10 medium tomatoes

1 large onion
125 gr bacon
2 tablespoons full of heavy sour cream or cream
8-10 balls of frozen spinach
100 gr of hard cheese

Cut the caps off the tomatoes and remove the pulp.
Prepare the filling.
Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan, cut the onion into cubes, fry until golden brown. Add the diced bacon and fry until golden brown. Add the tomato cores, cut into small cubes, along with the juice. Simmer until the liquid evaporates. Add sour cream, stew. Add frozen spinach and simmer until defrosted. Season to taste - salt, pepper, curry, nutmeg, possibly sugar. Turn off and cool slightly. Cut the cheese into small cubes or grate on a coarse grater, add to the filling, mix.
Fill the tomatoes with the filling, cover with lids, place in a mold with sides and bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° until tender - 20 minutes.
