Soak the semolina in milk, grate all the vegetables on a fine grater, mix with the minced meat, add the swollen semolina, fresh or dry greens, season to taste, stir, add cheese or paprika, diced like on Olivier, and stir again.
Put the minced meat in a silicone, Teflon or baking dish lined with baking paper, brush with ketchup or tomato sauce and bake in the oven at
T 180 °. When the released juice boils, reduce the heating to 140 ° and bake for 40-50 minutes. If the top starts to brown too quickly, cover the tin with foil. Leave for another 30 minutes in the turned off oven - the juice will be absorbed again.
