Spicy squid with pasta

Ingredients

squid 400 gr.
pasta 250-300 gr.
chili sauce 1 tbsp. l.
tomato paste 1 tbsp. l.
parsley 2-3 twigs
garlic 2-3 cloves
vegetable oil 2-3 st. l.
salt 0.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • Peel the squids. Rinse the peeled squid and cut into strips.
  • Transfer to a bowl, add half a teaspoon of salt, a tablespoon of chili sauce, and a tablespoon of tomato paste and stir. Leave it on for 20-30 minutes.
  • Boil the pasta in salted water and discard in a colander.
  • Fry the squid with the marinade in a frying pan with vegetable oil. You need to fry for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spatula.
  • Transfer the pasta to a bowl, add chopped garlic to it.
  • Chop the parsley separately.
  • Then add fried calamari and parsley to the pasta. Stir.
  • The dish is ready, bon appetit!
  • P.S. Made without chili sauce and garlic, very fast and tasty, and can also be used in fasting.
  • How to peel squid: In order to quickly and without hassle peel squid, put (frozen!) Squid in a bowl and pour boiling water. Almost all the skin-film instantly curls up, and the rest is removed very easily.
  • To do this, immediately drain the boiling water, and peel the squid under running water, separating the remaining film by hand.
  • Inside the squid, remove the entrails and chord (this is something like a flexible transparent spine). Rinse well.
