Milk 0.25 l
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1.5 tbsp. l.
Rast. oil 1 tbsp. l.
Margarine 100 g
Yeast saf moment 2 tsp
Minced meat
pork + beef + onion
(1 large onion)

Cooking method

  • Prepare the dough in a x / oven.
  • Divide the dough into 16 parts and minced meat too.
  • We form whites of the usual shape, but smaller than the usual ones. with an open center.
  • Frying mode, meat, 4-5 minutes on each side. First, put the open side down, fry with the lid closed.
