Ingredients

Believe me, if you just sprinkle the potatoes with all the ingredients, the dish will lose a lot in taste, although it will retain its aroma.

  • First you need to make a dressing for the potatoes, this will give the dressing time to nourish with the tastes and smells while you work on the potatoes.

  • Baked potato wedges

  • Chop the garlic finely. If you use a garlic press, do not be too lazy to refine the garlic, the finer it is, the better.

  • Dip the minced garlic into the oil.

  • If you have fresh rosemary, pick off the leaves and chop them finely. If you have dry rosemary, grind it additionally, preferably in a mortar, to grind it as much as possible. If there is no mortar, then rub it harder in your hands.

  • Add Tabasco to butter.

  • Turn on the oven to preheat at maximum t (I have it 270 ° C).

  • In a bowl, mix the wedges well with the oil dressing.

  • Place the potatoes on a baking sheet, spreading them evenly.

  • - For those who have a difficult relationship with garlic, I recommend not to abandon it at all in this dish, but to use only garlic juice, which is perfectly choked with a press, and still add it to the dressing.

  • - If your potatoes are already well browned, but not baked enough on the inside, reduce t to 170 ° C and give it some more time.

All that remains is to mix the seasoning with vegetable oil and ... voila, you're done. Grease the halves of the unpeeled potatoes with a brush and send them to the oven. It's really delicious.
