In general, I do not even know how to say. I made meat in plum sauce. Marinated overnight in plums, semi-sweet plum wine, onions. In the morning I cooked it in a slow cooker (3h high + 2 low). In the process, mixed once and added 2 tbsp. l. starch. Otherwise, everything is according to the recipe:
