  • Put the dough in preheated molds - I have 1 hour each. l. Flatten it.

Have you ever baked them in something else (not aeroogril, but, for example, in the oven)? Do they rise a lot in shape?
Shelena
This recipe was intended for the oven. I baked in silicone molds in an electric oven (T = 180gr., Time ~ 25 min.), And used the rest of the dough for the airfryer.
The dough rises about 2 times! It turns out tasty both there and there.

Thank you, very tasty. The little ones are baked. but with a large form, again I have a problem with the bottom of the raw Pekla on the middle, the top is very brown, and the bottom is raw. Advise how to deal with it. There is no point in getting down to the bottom. It's too early to shake out of the mold.
Shelena
prubul, thank you for your feedback!
Alas, I don't bake big pies in AG.
But I read that the bottom is baked in the following ways:
- cover the top with foil and only after half of the recommended time it is removed,
- use a black form (everything bakes better in it),
- use molds with a pipe in the middle,
- bake on the middle wire rack, but with an expansion ring.
Perhaps some of this will be useful to you.
When I bake rye bread, I take out the finished loaf from the mold, turn it over and bake / dry it for another 5-10 minutes. I do the same with small pies.
Happy baking!

Thanks for the tip!
Shelena
You are welcome! I would be glad if it helps you.

In a three-speed airfryer, everything is perfectly baked in any form of the correct diameter (see your instructions). I cover the top with foil with small holes for the entire baking time. The foil prevents the formation of a thick top crust, which prevents the dough from rising well. Excess moisture evaporates from the dough through the thin top crust and the baked goods bake and rise well.
I use silicone molds and molds with non-stick coating without oiling. I pour the dough into cold molds and put it in a heated airfryer.
Shelena
Helena S., thanks for your baking experience at AG. I am sure that it will be useful to many.
I still prefer metal molds with non-stick coating. They bake better than silicone.
Helena S.
In silicone molds in the 3-speed airfryer, the baked goods bake well and can be removed. You just need to cover the form with foil with small holes. If you bake in the oven, covering the dish with foil will also get a much better result without the thick top crust.Only aero grills with halogen heating elements spoil the silicone.

Hello! I want to share baked goods in ah curd casserole. In a greased form with a hole in the middle I spread the cooked curd, cover the form with a lid (cut it off, a round silicone form). I put it in a cold AG, on the lower grill, without a magnifying ring. The temperature is the highest, I have 250 * C for 20 minutes, then we reduce the temperature to 210 * C and for another 20 minutes. The casserole rises well and turns out baked, ruddy, top and bottom. All the best.
Shelena
Galina, thanks for sharing your baking options with AG!
Useful experience!
Helena S.
galina 2016 You did not specify at what fan speed you baked the curd casserole. It looks like you have a single speed model. If there are three speeds, then you need to bake on medium.
galina2016
Yes, the AG fan speed is one.
Shelena
Galina, You have proved once again with the proposed baking algorithm that single-speed airfryer can do a lot.
You just need to want to adjust to them.

Dear compatriot, in Penza where I now live better than AG there is no opportunity to buy and I try to learn something from others.

Hello. Please tell me, and take sugar and flour one to one (i.e., for example, a glass of Sugar and a glass of flour).
Helena S.
A 250 ml glass contains about 130 g of flour (with a slide) and about 200 g of sugar (without a slide).
Svetylik
Thank you. I will try
