Meatballs "Palm"
For 8 meatballs.
Minced meat at your discretion.
This time I have 300 grams of turkey mince, 200 ml of dry soy granules (soak in 600 ml of boiling water, then squeeze), 1 onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 egg, salt, pepper, dry parsley.
4 (I have turkey) thin sausages.
Mayonnaise, sour cream, or ketchup for lubrication.
Roll the minced meat into balls and stick a half of the sausage into each ball, not cut not completely lengthwise into 4 parts. Grease the meatballs with ketchup, mayonnaise or sour cream (this time I greased it with mayonnaise). Place the blanks in silicone muffins and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
The husband was delighted and he came up with a name for the dish.
