Ingredients

Cheese mass (can be with fruit additive) 200 g
Margarine soft 50 g
Egg 1 piece
Vanilla sugar
Flour 1.5 cups
Baking powder 1 tea the spoon

Cooking method

  • Mix flour with baking powder. Beat the curd mass, margarine, egg with a mixer, add flour with baking powder. The amount of flour depends on the moisture content of the curd mass. The dough should be very soft (just knead).

  • Roll 16 balls out of the dough, flatten the balls, dipping in vanilla sugar.

  • Furnace for 15-20 minutes at t ° 180 °.

  • The cookies are very tender, light and airy.

The first time I did it with whole grain flour and instead of curd mass I put low-fat cottage cheese, plus two tablespoons of cocoa. Delight! And the children really liked it!
The second time, today I already made a double portion, also on fat-free cottage cheese, half on whole grain flour with cocoa, half on cocoa without cocoa, whole grain flour plus about one third of the total flour - oatmeal, that is, oat flour. DELICIOUS!!!
