I didn't have any kind of grater cutters ... And a grater "a la mandolin" with a fruit holder, and a chopper, and such a cutter for French fries as on the previous page (the one that is white) and much more, which is no longer remember. It's all nonsense. Combine - yes, very good, but for large volumes.
The only thing I did not regret was the purchase of Dekok UKA-1316. Good cutter. I have been using it since this summer, so far no comments.
Conclusion: through trial and error, I came to buy a Berner vegetable cutter. The girls wrote correctly - they would have bought it for a long time, and did not toil with nonsense.

Thank you!
But there is a slicer of the same company - I do not think that it is worse in quality, an analogue of Berner ... What do you think?

Sour cream, very similar to Nayser-diser
Yes, the fact of the matter is that Nayser is for boiled vegetables, and I rarely make such salads, on great holidays ...
But raw vegetables for the same salads, okroshka, stews and soups must be constantly cut

For raw vegetables, such units are not very good, they quickly fail.

Sour cream, Dekok UKA-1316 does an excellent job with raw vegetables. You can cut it into cubes and cubes. How long it will last - we'll wait and see, mine is still sharp as on the first day, although there are girls who have decock for more than a year. We don't even talk about boiled ones. Pickled cucumbers easily. If you are interested in cubes, take it boldly, you will not regret it.

Slicer, personally I would not take it. Reviews are not the best.

By the way, I saw an analogue at Moulinex, only there are 2 nozzles. Now I think that Decok or Moulinex is better.

I think it won't be very user-friendly. Since the swing at the bottom of the grater is already very small. Sour cream, Take Burner right away, the principle is the same, and the result is 100% guaranteed.

irysikf, Goodnight.
And in what place of the Caravan did you see the cutting, which is in the video: in a grocery supermarket or a new shop with kitchen toys opened? I have long wanted one for slicing mushrooms, strawberries or similar trifles, but the price is too biting (I met more than 300 UAH in stores)
It often happens that you need to cut several small fruits and vegetables, then there is no point in contacting Berner or Niser - washing longer than cutting. And such a sharp is the very thing, and it is easier for her to determine the place at hand - a crumb.

Hello)))
In the grocery supermarket, where the scoop-knives are hung, This cutter is on the bottom shelf where the scales are (about the middle of this long row). This is the Caravan on Lugovaya, 12

I bought myself one, tried to cut mushrooms - I liked it. I didn't like the apple, maybe it was necessary to cut it without the skin, or try to put it on the other side, otherwise it somehow breaks. I just tried hard cheese - I liked it. Until there was more to cut)))
Vita_K
irysikf, Thanks for the quick response.
In such cutters, as in Nyser, it is recommended that products with a hard crust (halves of apples, halves of plums, peppers, halves of tomatoes) should be laid with the pulp to the cutting surface, then the crust is cut last and the pulp does not wrinkle. Try it, maybe the result will please you more.
Have a good day!

I bought a simpler one on Dimitrova 11, the wrong company, of course, but mushrooms and apples, radishes - no problem. 79 UAH.

I don't know if it's a grater, for vegetables, or I had to go to deviceaholics, but the other day I bought a Spirelli spiral knife from Gefu. Like this
Vegetable graters and shredders, kevlar gloves
Cuts effortlessly, "noodles" looks spectacular. It looks and feels not flimsy. I like it.

But I still want a Spiromat, which has several types of spiral cuts

And tell me where you use this noodles, and what are you rubbing ???

And then I also like the picture, but I can’t think of what this device is for ???
Vita_K
And I just came from Caravan netuti
Well, let's wait - I'm patient

Girls, "noodle cutter" for vegetables is useful for the dish <<< Zucchini "Spaghetti" with Spinach Pesto >>> (wonderful recipe) from + Gala + from our forum.
And also, I think, such noodles made from carrots, celery and other root vegetables and long vegetables, steamed, wonderful and very beautiful side dish ...

I asked the employee of the Caravan where the goods had gone - she replied that they had a stocktake, and within a few days everything would be returned to the shelves) So it is possible that the cutters will return to their place and you will buy it: girl_win

I decided to share my opinion about this grater.
Vegetable graters and shredders, kevlar gloves
And then she promised to write, my conscience torments. Moreover, I use it constantly. Initially, even before I tried it, I was attracted by 4 blades. You spend once on the product, and it turns out that it's like 4! And indeed it is very fast. I love her to grate cabbage on a salad. Another big and undoubted plus for me is that you should not drive the cabbage on a grater, but a grater over the cabbage. This is class! Conveniently, the hand does not get tired and does not need to be cut into pieces of forks, you can rub the whole one, well, cut the maxim into halves. The thickness of the cut is the average between the thinnest on Prima (Berner) and the second thickness on the knifeless Prima. But due to the fact that the blades are serrated, the cabbage is slightly cut and comes out softer and juicier than the thinnest Prima. For cabbage salad, this is my favorite grater. I also tried sauerkraut on this grater, I liked it, but I like coarse sauerkraut.
The rubbed residues are negligible compared to the residues on Prima, the radish can be chopped on a fork and rubbed to the end. But by the way, her blades are not as sharpened as Berner's. There is an insert, like a Roco grater, here it is not very sharp.I use it to rub half to a third of a carrot into the same cabbage salad, no problem. But to chop a bowl of Korean carrots, it's already more difficult. The last nozzle, like our usual grater, is nothing special, sometimes it helps a lot. For me, this grater is like Prima's little helper. I don't have additional graters, so I decided to take this mini-version, which is always at hand.

Yani, wow, what is this grater? what is the name of?

The grater is called Gigant Multihobel, Novabest
I also like this video:
Natalishka
Yana, is it really that easy to rub like in the video?
Yani
Well, yes, easily, after watching the ads, I can't say that they are lying. I wrote that she is not as sharp as Berner. But where there are 4 blades, they are serrated, they grip the vegetable perfectly, everything goes like clockwork. Another attachment like Roko - it's hard to rub carrots on it, but potatoes (they are softer) on potato pancakes - no problem.

I also have Gigant Multihobel, Novabest.
Indeed, the 4-blade attachment is very convenient.
The tip that resembles Rocco is dull compared to Rocco herself.
But in general, it is very good. The set itself is quite ergonomic, which is good news against the background of the catastrophically decreasing free space in the kitchen.
I have a prima, more and more often I notice that I grab this metal, if you need to quickly rub something
Natalie07
Luceria, good afternoon
Did you buy Gigant Multihobel, Novabest somewhere in Ukraine?
watched the video, liked it, I want it!

I bought it through Yana in Germany (her review is above).

I ask for advice.
Yesterday I saw a 4-sided Berner stainless steel grater.
They are sold with a fruit holder.
The seller did NOT recommend buying them.
Like, a lot of my fingers were cut.
And the price for graters "bites"
So I am tormented with a choice - buy a cheap one for 2 years, then throw it away and do not mind or ...
Maybe someone used it?
Thank you.
AstraCat
rummaged in search, but something was not found anything. Nobody has such a wonderful Cubico device from Gefu?
Vegetable graters and shredders, kevlar gloves

The child destroyed the instruction almost immediately, and in this miracle machine I get only a small crumb, but it doesn't look like cubes at all.
Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong
But this wonderful machine is awesomely grinding greens (only it's dreary to extract it from the knives later)
dopleta
AstraCat, this is a normal shredder. From the cubes there is only a name.

AstraCat
dopleta, sadness, but I suspected it.
dopleta
I think the name comes from the shape: when you remove the top with the lid closed, you get an almost transparent cube.
Nonsense
Girls, how I love you all!
I will express my point of view. Berner is (and not one), but the latter is something to insert with difficulty. Therefore, I use it only when I need to shred something a lot (with large blanks). And our multirezochka (Lorik!) Is something with something (the expression of my snooze)! Well, never will I be able to cut cabbage so small and elegant! I trudge!
And for some reason they forgot about the little choppers.
And I also opened a new company for myself (although, maybe, everyone already knows) - BoFrost. Awful expensive, but there is something cool!

Merry Christmas everyone, Olya, have you come across this company? There is no address, no details, the price seems to be normal, but what do we get in terms of quality?
Olga VB
prubul, people buy these multi-cutters on our forum in full parcels from Germany. Many have been using them for a long time and are very satisfied.
Specifically, I did not buy from this intermediary, because I managed to buy one and a half times more expensive elsewhere.
But what do you have to lose here? Payment after receiving.
As for Burner, I, like many here, have had him for a very long time. But at the same time, almost all of us considered that this multi-cutting is also desirable in the economy, since there are real differences in both functions and method of use.
Marfusha5
Girls, I found a very good wholesale site with various useful kitchen trivia at sooooo low prices. 🔗
do not know if there is a joint venture on it? Sooo want a rotary grater for myself and a bunch of other things))))
Mikhaska
prubul, This multi-cutting is important already because when cutting with Berner, you need to grate with vegetables on a grater, and move with this grater itself, for example, over cabbage! And this makes my soul warmer! Especially, when I think about it, what volumes of cabbage are processed when pickled in autumn!
For this alone you should purchase such a multi-cutter! I think so!
vedmacck

Olga VB, Olga! I made (as it were) an order for a few "Giant" graters (I wanted to give a gift to all my friends). But ... Alas ... They are just waiting for supplies.
