For 1 kg of meat, 250 g of plain yogurt, a head of crushed garlic, a lot (well, VERY a lot) of seasoning (paprika is required), chili, dried herbs (dill, parsley, oregano, basil), I highly recommend soy sauce. When I poured it in, the marinade took on a breathtaking, nutty smell.
Pour the yoghurt marinade onto the meat and again mash it well with handles.
We dump it all into the sleeve and put it in the refrigerator. Pickling time is optional. I had meat in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
All. Into the oven.
That's why I had doubts. I didn't know how yogurt would behave in a closed sleeve. He behaved just fine. A head of foam formed on top, and when the gravy began to boil, I turned down the heat.
Boiled cauliflower and poured over this gravy. Oh, it was good!
