By the way, in this stove it is impossible to see the so-called. kolobok - the shape is too narrow and high and the kolobok, not having time to form, sticks to the walls.
The second time I baked Easter cake. It took 50% more yeast dough to fit. And I also baked for 15 minutes longer + covered the oven window with towels (leaving the ventilation hole open) - the top turned out to be dark, like the sides.
On the 3rd try, at last the bread looked like bread.

I was mistaken - the bun does appear, and apparently its appearance is a sign that the proportions are correct.
The most delicious bread turned out like this:
Water-260-270ml
oil sl.-10-20g.
salt - 1 1/4 tsp
sugar - 0-1 tbsp. l.
yeast - 1 1/2 tsp
flour - 500 g ~ 4.5 measuring cups.
program: 2-fr. bread, bol. loaf, dark crust.

You should get a bun, which, when kneading, will "beat" against the walls, the dough should come up almost to the very top of the mold.

I cover the window with a towel.

Crumble only strongly.

For me, too, the first times it was liquid and fell off, this is not enough flour (a lot of water.)
I put in the standard: 1-liquid (s), 2 - flour, 3 - salt, sugar in the corners, in the center, in the hole - yeast.

And I still found bakery flour, the last times I baked on it, maybe success depends on it. Found in the market, not in the supermarket as I expected.

The bread is wonderful, tasty, with a crust. I'm new to this business, I do not know how it should be correct for cooking, but I did not see any negative points described above. Today I want to try a new recipe. The whole family is delighted. They don't want to eat in the shop anymore.

Recipe:
300 ml water
1.5 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. l. Sahara
1.5 tbsp. l. sunflower. oils
450 flour
1.5 tsp. dry yeast
Put everything according to the list, the first Basic mode, small. loaf.

Great bread maker! A bunch of modes (I can list if necessary).

The bread is wonderful. The crust is just perfect, uniform in color.

But for 500 grams of flour, the bread crawled out and rested on the lid of the HP.

She bakes beautifully for a maximum of 400 grams of flour.

You can leave it, nothing will happen with the stove. The only thing is that if the bread remains in it until morning, then the crust will differ from the freshly baked one. Therefore, when the oven beeps about the readiness of the bread, it is better to pull it out as soon as possible.

Dachshund, I can share my experience, yesterday I made dumplings, the dough turned out to be simply amazing, elastic, soft and tasty.

Water 210ml
Salt 0.5 tsp
Eggs 1 pc.
Flour 450g.

It turned out to be 4 dumplings.

I poured everything into the stove, put it on the test mode, but the mode there is 1h30min, I thought it was too much for the dumplings dough, so my hostess only interfered for 30 minutes, it was enough for such a test, and it saved time!
You can make homemade noodles from the same dough!

From my own experience, I know that the programs "Basic", "French", "Dough", "Baking" are used constantly, but others are not used much, or even unnecessarily, are never used.
Let's say sweet bread - I use it quite rarely, out of forgetfulness or laziness it's easier on the main one.
Jem - I never use it - I read horror stories about buckets (and I had to buy a new bucket for Mula, the oil seal flew off. Expensive some kind of horror!)
Fast modes - never use. There is a lot of yeast, and the reduction in time is 2 hours
Cupcake - used a couple of times, out of curiosity. Oven muffins are tastier and faster.

My advice to you is not to use the recipes from the book yet. Use the forum recipes.

I agree - I did not notice the difference either, at least some kind of colossal one. From my main the difference is 20 min. But! at the same time (my opinion) more favorable conditions for kneading the dough - practically there it goes like this:
kneading 10 min
rest 20-30 min (in my opinion)
3 months 15 min
further proofing, kneading, proofing-baking.
And in my first batch - 5 minutes, but the proofings are longer.

Another point in my HP - I always set the weight to max. and a dark crust - it seems to me that it bakes better and the top is almost not light.
By the way, in this oven the crust of the top is fried more evenly
It's interesting to try it from Panas though. On the site I found information about the fact that bread according to the same recipe from Panas and other HP is different.
