Ingredients

Flour psh. 350 grams
Fresh milk 100 ml
Orange juice 100 ml
Orange marmalade - stir until puree 2 tbsp. l + 1 tbsp. l. water
Butter 30 grams
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 1.3 tsp
Flax seeds 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Kneading the dough in a bread maker. The consistency of the kolobok is soft!
  • Proofing the dough in the oven at 30 * C, the second proofing in the form.
  • Baking at 180 * C, followed by a decrease in temperature to 160 * and until tender. Checking readiness with a temperature probe.

Note

I wanted to make a series simple and affordable breads with the use of various juices, jams, berries, fruits and vegetables.
The first bread is orange!
Here is such a bread! The presence of fresh milk gives the bread a more tanned crust than usual!

The bread has a weak, pronounced smell and taste of orange, but a mild taste that does not interfere. Creamy bread, a little sweetish, just right for tea!

I made this bread, just did not add flax seeds and marmalade. I liked it very much. After baking, it reminded me of a cupcake, a delicate aroma of orange, a little sweetish taste .....

Flax seeds are optional. Can be replaced with sesame seeds, poppy seeds, raisins - and even more for design
