Rye flour 150 g
Wheat flour 260 g
Milk at room temperature
(or water + 2 tbsp. l milk powder)
300 ml
Fine salt 1.5 tsp.
Rast. oil 2 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp.
Malts (do not brew) 1 tbsp. l.
Apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
Buckwheat honey (can be replaced with sugar) 1 tbsp. l.
Caraway 2 tsp
Ground coriander 2 tsp
Finely chopped smoked lard with layers 85 g

Cooking method
