CONSUMER ANALYSIS

APPEARANCE ASSESSMENT: the bread maker has a thermally insulated plastic body, so it practically does not heat up during operation. It has a non-stick steel coating inside. The heating element is made in the form of a tube that bends around the bottom of the case. There is a bucket drive in the center of the bottom. The bucket itself has a non-stick coating and is attached to the bread maker with additional clips on the walls. The bucket has a handle so that it is convenient to take out and carry ready-made hot baked goods. Also included is a mixer for kneading dough. It attaches to the center of the bread container. Made of stainless steel with non-stick coating.

The cover has an oval viewing window and two ventilation grilles.

The oven is equipped with a display that shows all the information you need. The device is controlled by six touch buttons located on the control panel. Two buttons are responsible for increasing or decreasing the start time of baking at the request of the consumer, one for its weight, the other for the color of the crust, the next for selecting a program and the last for starting. All buttons have an explanation with an image, not font signs, so once or twice using the bread maker, you will stop looking at the instructions. At the bottom right, on the side of the case, there is an on / off button for the device.

QUALITY OF WORK: to get a delicious hot bread, it is enough to put the necessary ingredients in a strict order, namely, first liquid products, and then solid ones.

The device has two working functions - baking bread and kneading dough. You can load the products and, having chosen the desired program, get ready-made bread in a couple of hours, or just knead the dough for the subsequent baking of pizza or a French baguette in the oven.

In addition to baking bread, you can also use the appliance to make jam or fruit puree.

In total, this oven has 12 automatic baking programs: traditional bread, quick bake, two wheat bread programs, soft bread, white bread, muffin, jam and three kneading programs.

You can adjust the weight of the baked goods from two options, or the crust color - light, medium or dark.

When baking a cupcake, the device will beep to inform you that it is time to add raisins or nuts.

CONVENIENCE OF OPERATION: the device is equipped with a delayed start function up to 15 hours. That is, having programmed the device in the evening, for breakfast you will be awakened by the aroma of a ready-made bread.

A plastic viewing window is built into the oven cover, through which it is convenient to observe the process of kneading dough and baking bread.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE: all products used for baking bread must be at room temperature and always fresh, otherwise the dough will most likely not work. An important point: for baking bread in this model, you must use only imported flour (!). In order for the dough to knead well, and the bread to turn out fluffy and well baked, the proportions of the products should be strictly observed, therefore it is recommended to weigh the products on a kitchen scale before laying.

Yeast can be used both fresh and dry, but never soda or "chemical yeast". In addition, care must be taken to ensure that the yeast is not in direct contact with salt, sugar, milk or water. Therefore, they should be laid in the very last place, after flour.

It is not recommended to open the lid while the stove is in operation, otherwise the temperature regime may be disturbed, and good baking will not work.

Be aware that the kneading spatula may remain in the cooked loaf. Then you can carefully remove it after the baking has cooled.

INSTRUCTION: The oven comes with very detailed instructions for use. Safety measures and important warnings follow in a separate large block. After that, there is a chapter with practical advice. Here it is indicated in detail what quality, temperature each product should be, as well as the procedure for its preparation and laying. This is followed by a complete description of all baking programs and additional functions: timer, weight selection and crust color. After that, there are points with tips on storing and cutting finished bread and a list of possible failures in the baking process and possible options for their elimination.

A detailed table is attached to the instructions. It lists all the baking programs and, depending on the selected weight, indicates the total baking time, preheating time (if any), time of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd stages of kneading the dough, the time of the 1st, 2nd 1st and 3rd stages of dough fermentation and the time of direct baking of the product. In front of the table is an attachment with 17 recipes for making muffins, breads, muffins, dough, jam and fruit purees.

CARE AND STORAGE: The body of the bread machine and its inner surface can be wiped with a damp cloth. The bread pan has a non-stick coating, so cleaning is easy. The bowl and mixer can be cleaned with hot water and dishwashing detergent. The stove cover is removable, it can also be washed separately with water, but must not be immersed in water so that liquid does not enter the ventilation holes. Do not wash removable parts in the dishwasher.

 

SUMMARY

ADVANTAGES: the presence of 12 baking programs, the ability to adjust the weight of the baking and the color of the crust, the presence of a delayed start function.

LIMITATIONS: using only imported flour when baking bread, since you cannot buy it in any store, and the price, accordingly, is higher than that of a domestic product.

OVERALL ASSESSMENT: compact device with wide possibilities. With its help, even a beginner will quickly turn into a professional cook. After all, to get a delicious cake, just put the ingredients and press a couple of buttons. Cleaning the appliance after baking takes a few minutes.
