We also eat everything fatty and sweet in the morning. For the whole day, all the calories received in the morning will be spent. We lay out the food only on small plates. The portion is reduced, but visually you will see that you have eaten a full plate. We eat the daily ration in 5 - 6 receptions. By constantly processing small portions, the stomach gradually shrinks and ceases to insist on supplementation. Consuming liquids and solid food separately can help to muffle obsessive hunger. Tea, juices, fruit drinks should be drunk in between main meals. For example, two or three hours after eating we drink a glass of compote.

Whether it will be running, playing volleyball, towns, swimming, you decide. You can just go out to the nearest park and walk under the shade of trees. If there is no time for this, use every minute to move. Walk to work, if not all the way, then at least a few stops. Don't use the elevator - the stairs are beautiful, and besides, the trainer is free. Go down and go up it on foot. At work, ask yourself to go down to the first floor for mail, sign documents at the boss, whose office is located in another wing of the building, go for a new pack of paper.
