Didn't disappoint, all three test loaves of bread turned out well. Note the very finely porous crumb in all recipes, which is achieved by painstaking kneading, as well as not such a ruddy top crust (a large window gives a loss of heat). This can be corrected by adding a couple of tablespoons of milk powder to the dough.

White bread (photo 1) was not entirely simple: the recipe includes butter in the dough, as a result - a delicate crumb with a noble taste, a crispy crust. The loaf is baked, browned on the sides, but the top, as you can see, remains pale.

The cake according to the Zelmer recipe (photo 2) rose briskly and baked well. Delicious, especially thanks to the nuts and raisins.

White bread with onions (photo 3) - the tender crumb had a specific taste. A great addition to soups!

Functional

Programs: 8 programs - basic, quick baking, sweet baked goods, french loaf, yeast-free bread, wholemeal bread, dough, baking. The main program for white bread takes 3 hours, the preparation of a loaf of wallpaper flour takes 40 minutes longer, the mode starts with heating the components.

This mode can be used for rye bread, the manufacturer recommends giving preference to sourdough recipes. The French bread setting is even longer 3 h 50 min. It makes it possible to get baked goods with a delicate, "fluffy" crumb and a thin crust.

If there is not enough time, you can choose the shortened mode "Fast baking" - this is only 2 hours 20 minutes. And in 1 hour 50 minutes, you can make yeast-free bread, for example, with baking powder or soda.

The device allows you to make yeast dough, a full cycle has a standard duration of 1.5 hours.

The function of jam, which has become almost mandatory for bread makers, is not here. For some, this is a minus, for others, on the contrary, the absence of an unnecessary, additional program.

Features of work: the longest pause in the kneading process. The process begins with a 10-minute cycle, first, the machine interferes with jerks so that the components have time to be moistened with liquid, then intensive uniform mixing takes place.

Then the same pause comes, it lasts 20 minutes, at this time the heating is turned on. And after that, another 15-minute stage. At about the fortieth minute, a signal sounds to add additional components (nuts, dried fruits).

When you select a program, it is immediately indicated by a number (in accordance with the Russian-language list on the panel), and the color of the crust by a letter, but after a moment the duration on the display lights up and this will be its main indicator.

To refine the program, you need to press the menu button, and it again very briefly appeared on the screen. There is no choice of loaf size. There is no indication of the program stage.

The baking mode is only switched on for an hour. The timer gives a delay of the end of the program by 13 hours.

The device makes it possible to turn off the sound signal if needed, for example, if you do not want to disturb a sleeping baby.

Comfort

The bucket in the oven sits quite high, so it's definitely not worth lifting the lid in the process. The bucket is fixed with two clamps on the sides of the camera. When kneading, the machine makes a noise, according to our feelings - moderate. About 3 points on our subjective scale.

The lid folds back a long way to about 120 degrees. She dangles a little. The window for baking control is large.

The device turned out to be the lightest among the test participants - a little over five kilograms, and it will be more comfortable to transport than others. Moreover, special grooves for fingers made on the bottom of the case on both sides will help with this. There are also obvious misunderstandings in the instructions, for example, in the comments on baking rye bread it is said that dry sourdough concentrate is used in the recipes given, but there is not a single recipe for rye bread and sourdough bread in the text.

The model is a budget one, and even without looking at the price tag, you will understand it at first glance - the plastic is not well processed around the edges, the control panel is not very comfortable. The model is clearly designed for those who just need a bread maker, and not a bright piece of furniture.
