Test result

We prepared white bread (photo 1) according to a simple recipe with the addition of vegetable oil, it turned out to be a good fluffy bread, well-risen and baked, evenly browned. The flour that you see on the barrels is the same flour discussed in the Care section.

Kulichik (photo 2) turned out to be great too, very tasty, tender, moderately sweet. We used the Basic / Raisin Baking program, recipe from the instructions with eggs, butter, citrus juice and related additives. The dispenser performed well.

On the third day, we used a recipe for bread from several types of flour (photo 3). It contained cornmeal, several types of flakes. The crumb of the bread turned out to be slightly yellowish and slightly sweetish (due to the taste of the additives).

As you can see in the photo, all our test loaves look good, the bread is browned not only in the barrels, but also on top, which speaks not only of the accuracy of the automation, but also of the efficiency of the machine's thermal insulation.

The model has a special program for rye bread. She has an original algorithm, for example, preheating is longer than for white bread, but a very short batch - only 10 minutes. The whole program takes 3.5 hours.

The bread maker is suitable for those who are on a gluten-free diet. The corresponding program allows you to prepare special bread from a gluten-free mixture.

You can cook a variety of dough in the oven - unleavened (for noodles, dumplings or brushwood) in the "Pelmeni" cycle in 20 minutes, for pizza, yeast made from different types of flour in "Basic", "Diet" or "Rye" modes (from 1, 5 to 3+ hours).

The baking program is used to bring ready-made bread to the desired condition (for example, if you took more food than the norm, and the bread did not have time to bake), for making muffins, biscuit. There is no mixing step, so the food will have to be prepared manually using a mixer.

Features of work: programs are at least half an hour longer than other machines. This is due to the inclusion in the cycle of a long stage of temperature equalization (with light heating), for example, in the 1st program it is 25-60 minutes.

Another feature is that the bookmark begins with dry ingredients - yeast, flour, sugar, etc., the liquid is poured out from above.

The machine is equipped with an automatic dispenser, it adds nuts and raisins to the dough automatically, you just need to select the appropriate program. The dispenser is used not only in full bread making cycles, but also in dough kneading modes. The only drawback of the dispenser is that after it has dropped the food, it does not close and the heat goes out.

Control: touch-sensitive, quite comfortable, especially if all the inscriptions on the display were in Russian. The first programs have several subroutines (Panasonic calls this program / mode), this is a string of English words that not everyone will be able to identify. This will be especially difficult for older users.

How settings are made. Select the "Program" button - the desired one, then the "Mode" button - a subroutine (full cycle of bread preparation, bread with additives, dough), indicate the weight of the loaf and the color of the crust.

The last parameters are indicated with the help of arrows (only there is no designation of the middle crust, it does not fit, apparently, there is simply a dot there). All inscriptions on the control panel itself are in Russian.

The timer is designed for 13 hours, it is not used in the kneading programs, except for "Pizza".

Loaf: given not by weight, but by designations M, L and XL, these are approximately 600, 800 and 1000 g.

Bucket: very massive, we weighed it, it turned out that it is about twice as heavy as the others (770 g). The bucket has a rectangular shape (internal dimensions WxDxH 189x142x148 mm), a new diamond-fluoride coating is used for it. The set includes two mixers, one regular, the second with teeth, it serves to knead a denser dough on rye flour.

Comfort

One of the leaders in the test for quietness at work. The sound signal is not very intrusive either, you can simply not notice it.

The bucket is tightly fixed in the nest (lower, rotate). The machine has a very massive cover that retains heat well. The upper part of the lid hides the dispenser compartment and is held in place by a magnet.

Care: in general, I think there shouldn't be big problems, but we have them. We were let down by the flour, which, after standing in the dough for several days, became too dry. In the process of kneading the kolobok, it turned out that it was not dense enough, flour was added, but it was immediately scattered throughout the chamber.

This machine requires strict adherence to the bookmarking rule (flour should be at the bottom), so the additive ended up on the walls of the chamber, then it burned safely. I think that in a home kitchen, such an adventure would not be so likely, especially if the conditions for storing flour are observed.

You can remove the lid and dispenser for washing.
