This bread maker can also be used for making dough, not only for pies or buns, but also for pizza.
This is very convenient, since you do not need to make sure that the dough does not "run away", wrap up the pan and look for a warm place.
Or if your oven is busy, place the prepared dough in the bucket and bake in the bread maker using Rapid Bake mode making bread in 58 minutes (baked goods only).
This mode is perfect for making fruit cakes (charlotte), gingerbread and muffins. In the instructions you will also find recipes for baked goods on a yeast-free basis.
