Cut the bread into slices.

1. Dissolve 1 teaspoon of sugar in 1 glass of milk. Dip the slices in this milk and fry in a pan on both sides. If you want sausage, pâté, or cheese sandwiches, don't add sugar.

2. Grate the sausage cheese, mix with the egg. Dip, fry.

3. Here, it is advisable to cut the slices into cubes, and add sugar to the egg to taste. No need to beat, just stir until smooth and sugar dissolves. Place the sticks in the mass, put in a pan in one layer and fry.

Spread the slices over the bottom of the pan. Cut another 1-2 so as to close the "holes". It is not necessary to completely cover the bottom, it's okay if there are small gaps.

Mix mayonnaise with ketchup and a little oregano (if you don't like this seasoning, don't add it, it will still be delicious). Dip the bread in the sauce and toast on one side. Turn over to the other side, place slices of sausage, sausage or ham, brush with mayonnaise mixed with mustard, top with tomato circles (fried or fresh). Grate the hard cheese, mix with a little ketchup and place on top of the so-called "pizza bread". Cover and roast over low heat until cheese is melted.

You can make not a whole pizza, but separate hot sandwiches... It is not necessary to fry the bread if it is cooked in a microwave or oven. The main thing is that the sandwich or pizza is hot and the cheese melts.

Breadcrumbs and Potato cake.

You probably guessed what will happen next. Dry the slices to the state of breadcrumbs or, if the bread is a loaf, grind it with a kitchen hammer and scroll through a meat grinder. The result is wonderful breadcrumbs and a precious ingredient for cakes.

This recipe is the simplest of all, but no less delicious:

1 cup of sugar;

2. 2 bags of vanilla sugar;

3. 4 teaspoons topped with cocoa;

4. A glass of milk;

5. 300 g of bread crumbs;

6.200 g softened butter.

Stir the sugar, vanilla sugar and cocoa into the milk. Simmer over low heat until the milk is hot and the sugar is completely gone. Do not bring to a boil. Remove from heat, mix thoroughly with butter and breadcrumbs.

Blind small balls from the resulting mass and roll in cocoa and powdered sugar.
