The very first thing that I learned was that spices are usually called individual parts of plants, whose taste is particularly acute. But in addition to tastes, these unusual plants also give us aroma. It should be noted that even though all these spices are pure and natural products, without the addition of any carcinogens or dyes, they should not be abused in any way.

In ancient times, spices could be regarded on a par with expensive furs and fabrics, and on a par with gold and silver. It was for their sake that many people risked their lives on long journeys that could also be dangerous. It seems to me that if in those days people were ready to take such a risk for the sake of these wonderful plants, it means that this can only speak in defense of seasonings and spices. Nevertheless, this did not help me to justify the harmful qualities of the seasonings, and therefore I continued to search for information about their properties.

In our country, the most commonly used seasonings are parsley, horseradish, cilantro, basil and, of course, my favorite seasoning is black pepper. It should be noted that in moderation, these spices are beneficial to health. These spices are nothing more than plants that can kill bacteria and fungi, as well as other simple animal microorganisms. These strong properties are most clearly manifested in garlic, horseradish and onions.

Seasonings are necessary in order to add a special piquancy and touch to food, and therefore should not be overused and completely drown out the taste of the food itself. I can't help but tell you what seasonings and spices are suitable for a particular food, so I decided to defend these very seasonings. But nevertheless, I will tell you about those that I love myself.

This red pepper, an extraordinary and always helping out spice, became known to us thanks to Columbus, who was once sent by the king of Spain for spices. Typically, pepper is added to soup, salad, or meat. Red peppers are not only able to add spice to any of our food, but also to whet the appetite.

If you suddenly decide to make homemade sauce, then cilantro will always come to your aid in this matter. Cilantro is often used in the production of marinades and delicacies such as sausages and cheeses. And the cilantro seeds themselves are almost irreplaceable in the preparation of various stews.

Now it's the turn to talk about such a savory condiment as vanilla. Few people know, but vanilla is nothing more than a natural pheromone. Therefore, you can become the desired object of a man by using delicate vanilla as a perfume. A little whisper will be enough to produce the desired effect. But speaking about the main property of vanilla, one cannot fail to mention that vanilla is used in baking and other desserts, and can also be found in cocoa powder.

Despite the large number of seasonings and various ways of using them, the choice in their use is yours. Indeed, in moderation, each seasoning can create its own mood.
