 The preparations for the New Year are over: gifts are under a beautiful Christmas tree, colorful lanterns are shining, there are many goodies on the table, voices dear to your soul. Before the glasses are filled with champagne and the clock will show midnight, think for a second what kind of wish you want to make this night. New Year is traditionally, the most that neither is, a family holiday. Of course, grandmothers and grandfathers, aunts and uncles, brothers and sisters, mom and dad will gather at the festive table.
Very often they like to celebrate the New Year in the most (accessible to the family) large apartment, in a country house or in the country, and a trip to a restaurant is not excluded, of course.
The most important thing in preparing for your favorite holiday, of course, is the choice of a Christmas tree: it is not so easy to decide whether a beauty is alive or artificial. If you have chosen a live one, then it is worth purchasing it about two days before the holiday in order to prolong its true beauty for a much longer time. Decorating a Christmas tree is no less interesting than choosing it: toys, tinsel, artificial snow and, of course, chocolates, cookies and an irreplaceable attribute of the new year - tangerines... The advantage of a living beauty is that the house will have a wonderful scent of the winter forest. If you choose a more economical option, this means buying an artificial Christmas tree that will serve for many decades, then you can accordingly dress it up almost at the beginning of December, and then remove it when you get tired of looking at it.
About a week before the holiday, the head of the family holds a council at which they decide what will be on the New Year's menu, develop a script so that the kids do not get bored (most often they just organize the arrival of Santa Claus and the Snow Maiden at the house) and even come up with gifts.
Of course, every family has its own customs and traditions. Someone gives gifts on the eve of the holiday - from the morning of December 31, someone after the president's congratulations, the clink of filled glasses and kisses, for someone a New Year's walk through the snowy city and the launch of fireworks are obligatory. The best way to spend New Year's Eve for a family that prefers watching TV is going out of town.
In the event that the New Year is celebrated by young people who have just started a family and do not have children, then a romantic candlelight dinner may be the best option. Moreover, this surprise can be prepared by the man himself - just order a table in a restaurant, negotiate a menu ... A New Year's gift of this kind will decorate not only a fabulous evening, but will also remain in memory for the whole year.
Or another option. TV - not invited guest. On the table are champagne, pineapples, chocolate, seafood and other goodies. A watch is required. At what time to start preparing for the holiday - everyone decides for himself, but at 11 it's time to be in bed. It is appropriate to spend the old year with champagne and seafood and gradually you begin to meet the new one. Here the main word is gradually! After all, you have nowhere to rush. Aerobatics - culmination with the chimes. Important point: Disconnect all phones! I guess a congratulatory call from friends at two minutes past twelve in this case is the worst thing you can think of.
For romantic people, you can present a trip to Paris and celebrate a holiday in a beautiful French restaurant.
In fact, no matter which of the many options you choose, there is no better way to be with your family.
