 Well, Svetlana had difficulties. All my life I have been preparing dishes of Russian cuisine. And then knowledge of the preparation of German cuisine was needed. After all, Svetlana got married to a German. The first time he came to visit her, he greatly praised her borscht and dumplings. But he had a bored expression on his face at the table. And Svetlana decided to surpass herself
And for this it was urgently needed to prepare dishes of German cuisine. The choice was small. But at least master these simple dishes. And then Svetlana cheated. I decided to replace the dishes of German cuisine with Lithuanian. The products are the same, but the dishes are a little more interesting. And this is what she has prepared:
- Tea sausage, stuffed with mushrooms... To prepare this dish, it is enough to have 500 g of tea sausage. It is cut into pieces and fried on both sides, stuffed with mushroom minced meat. To do this, boil 100g of mushrooms, chop, add, onion, salt, pepper and all are fried in oil. The resulting minced meat is placed in the middle of the cooked sausage.
- Beer soup... Black bread is dried, put into water, spices are added, boiled, filtered through a sieve. 250 g of beer is poured into this mixture. The heated mass is seasoned with sour cream with egg yolks, salt and sugar. Cheese and white bread rusks are served when the soup is ready.
But Svetlana decided to serve it with the soup herring balls with cheese... For this, hard cheese and herring fillet twisted through a meat grinder, added flour and twisted again. The resulting mass was left for several minutes, and then I made pieces from the resulting mass and fried in deep fat. The finished balls were sprinkled with salt.
When the long-awaited guest tried all the dishes and smiled, Svetlana realized that she would be a wonderful wife. And the future husband confessed to her that without beer, cheese and salted fish, he simply could not imagine their life together.
