What you need:

250 ml of strong tea, 2 eggs, 320 g each. granulated sugar and sifted wheat flour, 120 gr. melted butter, 18 ml of sunflower oil, 5 gr. slaked with vinegar soda, 1 pinch of vanilla sugar, cloves and cinnamon, 150 gr. raisins and chopped walnuts.

How to do:

1. Melt 100 grams of sugar in a skillet. Pour the melted sugar into strong tea.

2. Whisk the eggs with the remaining sugar. Add butter, sunflower oil, tea with sugar to the beaten eggs in turn.

3. Constantly stirring the resulting mass, add flour into it in parts until a dough with the consistency of thick sour cream is obtained.

4. Add baking soda, vanilla sugar, cloves and cinnamon. Put the raisins and nuts into the dough last.

5. Brush with butter, then flour the cake pan. Fill it with dough, place in an oven heated to + 170 °. The cupcake will take 40 minutes to cook.

6. Sprinkle the cakes with powdered sugar and cut into pieces.


English cupcake

What you need:

240 gr. sifted flour, 90 gr. rolled oats, 170 gr.sugar (preferably brown), 170 ml of orange juice, 80 ml of olive oil, 2 eggs, 190 gr. dried fruits (raisins, finely chopped dried apricots and prunes), 50 gr. crushed almonds, 5 gr. salt, a teaspoon of orange peel, 2 teaspoons of baking powder.

How to do:

1. Mix flour with dry ingredients: baking powder, salt, sugar, zest, rolled oats, dried fruits and almonds.

2. Mix orange juice with vegetable oil. Add the yolks, beat until smooth. Then add whipped whites separately.

3. Combine flour mixture with orange and egg. Knead the dough.

4. Pour the dough into greased molds. Bake in the oven at + 180 °. Use a dry stick to test if the muffins are done

5. After baking the muffins, either sprinkle with icing sugar or icing.
