Description of the multicooker Maunfeld MPMC-860.10S

Electronic multicooker Maunfeld MPMC-860.10S is made of high quality stainless steel. Management is carried out using an electronic panel and a display. There are 10 automatic cooking programs as well as heating and keeping warm options. The set includes a spoon for rice and a measuring cup.

Key benefits:

  • Non-stick coating
  • Delayed start
  • Auto heating

General procedure for using automatic programs

IMPORTANT! If you use the appliance to boil water (for example, when cooking food), DO NOT set the cooking temperature above 100 ° C. This can lead to overheating and damage to the device. For the same reason, it is FORBIDDEN to use the "BAKING", "FRYING" programs for boiling water.

  1. Prepare the ingredients according to the recipe and place in a bowl. Make sure that all ingredients (including liquid) are below the maximum scale mark on the inside of the bowl.
  2. Insert the bowl into the body of the device, turn it slightly, make sure that it is firmly in contact with the heating element. Close the cover until you hear a click. Connect the device to the mains.
  3. Select a cooking program by pressing the Menu button several times until the selected program indicator appears on the display.
  4. Pressing the "Time" button, switch to the cooking time setting mode. The hour indicator on the time indicator starts flashing. Set the desired cooking time. To increase the hour, press the "+" button, to decrease - the "-" button. Press the "Time" button again and set the minutes using the "+" and "-" buttons. Changes to the hour and minute values occur independently of each other. When the maximum value is reached, the setting will continue from the beginning of the range. Press and hold the desired button to quickly change the value. Do not press any buttons on the control panel for 5 seconds. The changes will be saved automatically.
The countdown of the set cooking time in the programs "STEAMED", "FRYING" and "GRANULES" begins only after the device reaches the set operating parameters.
  5. Click the "Start" button. The cooking process starts and the program time counts down. The indicator of the running program and the indicator of the Start button are on.
  6. At the end of the cooking program, its indicator and the indicator of the “Start” button will go out, three short beeps will sound. Depending on the settings, the device will switch to auto-heating mode (the display will show a direct countdown of the auto-heating operation time) or to standby mode.
  7. To interrupt the cooking process at any stage, to cancel the entered program or to turn off the automatic heating, press the "Cancel / Heat" button

Delayed start function
This function allows you to set the time after which the selected cooking program starts, in the range from 1 minute to 24 hours in 1 minute increments.

  1. Select the required cooking program by pressing the "Menu" button.
  2. Click the Delay button. The delayed start time indicator (on the display) will flash.
  3. Press the "+" or "-" button to change the time value. Pressing the "+" button will increase the time value, pressing the "-" button - decrease. Press and hold the desired button to quickly change the value. When the maximum value is reached, the time setting will continue from the beginning of the range.
  4. Click the "Start" button. The countdown of the time remaining until the start of the cooking program starts.
  5. To cancel the settings made, press the Cancel / Preheat button, after which you will need to enter the entire cooking program again.
It is not recommended to use the delay start if the recipe contains perishable foods (eggs, fresh milk, meat, cheese, etc.).

The Delayed Start function is unavailable in the "FRY" and "EXPRESS" programs.

When setting the time in the "Delayed start" function, it is necessary to take into account that the countdown in the programs "STEAMED", "FRY", "GRANULES" and "SOUP" starts only after the device reaches the operating parameters.

The function of maintaining the temperature of ready meals (automatic heating)

It turns on automatically at the end of the cooking program and can maintain the temperature of the finished dish within 70-75 ° C for 12 hours. The display shows a direct countdown of the operating time in this mode. If necessary, auto-heating can be turned off by pressing the "Cancel / Warm-up" button (the button indicator goes out).

The auto-heating function is not available when using the "YOGURT", "EXPRESS" programs.

Reheating food function

The multicooker can be used to heat cold food. For this:

  1. Transfer the food to the bowl, place it in the appliance body. Make sure it is firmly in contact with the heating element.
  2. Close the lid until it clicks, plug in the multicooker to the mains.
  3. Press the Cancel / Warm Up button. The corresponding indicator on the display will light up and heating will start. The timer will display a direct countdown of the operating time of the device in this mode. The dish will be heated to 70-75 ° C. This temperature can be maintained for 12 hours.
  4. If necessary, heating can be turned off by pressing the Cancel / Warm-up button. The indicators on the display and button will go out.

Despite the fact that the multicooker can keep the food warmed up for up to 12 hours, it is not recommended to leave the dish preheated for more than two to three hours, as sometimes this can lead to a change in its taste.
