The device is equipped with a delayed start function - this will make it possible to set the start of cooking at the desired time. After preparing everything in the evening and setting the program, by the morning you will be woken up by the smell of homemade freshly baked bread. If you do not have time to remove the bread from the device in time, the heating function will work and for 60 minutes your bread will remain the same fresh and warm.

The top cover is made of durable plastic with a wide tempered glass viewing window. Operation of the Saturn ST-EC013 bread maker

Before using the bread maker for the first time, please read the operating instructions and make sure that the mains voltage is the same as indicated on the nameplate on the appliance.

  1. Plug the bread maker into a power outlet. When the breadmaker is connected to the power supply, a beep sounds and the display will soon show "3:00". The numbers are off constantly.
  2. The bread machine is now ready for use and is automatically set to program "1" (Basic bread), but the program has not started yet.

Program menu

Baking program selection button. Each time you press the button (accompanied by a beep), the program changes. The current program is shown on the LCD display. There are 12 programs (see section "Program List").

Start

To start the program, press the “Start / Stop” button for 1 second. A short beep will sound, two dots will flash on the clock display and the program will start.

Stop

To stop a program, press the Start / Stop button for 2 seconds until the signal to stop the program sounds.

On off.

Colon blinks: The program is running.

The colon is constantly on: The program is stopped.

Snooze timer

You can delay the start time of the program so that the bread is ready at the desired time. This is convenient if you want to get freshly baked bread in the morning for breakfast or in the evening upon arrival from work. Press the timer buttons to increase or decrease the delay (10 minute increments). When the desired respite

The time that appears on the clock display is the remaining baking time. So take the time to get your bread ready at the moment you want. The maximum delay is 13 hours.

For example:

It is now 8:30 pm and you want the bread to be baked by 7 am, which is 10 hours and 30 minutes later. Press the UP ARROW button until the display shows 10:30, which is the time between now (20:30) and when the bread is to be baked. When using the Delay Start function, do not use quickly perishable food such as eggs, milk, etc.

Keeping warm

After baking, the bread is kept warm for 60 minutes. If you want to take out the bread at this time, turn off the mode with the Start / Stop button.

Display warnings

If the display shows “H: HH” after you pressed Start, the temperature inside is still too high. Press Stop, open the lid and let the bread maker cool for 10 to 20 minutes.

If the display shows “E: EE” after you have pressed Start, the temperature sensor is disabled. The sensor should be checked by an authorized service center.

How to bake bread

  1. Remove the mold from the bread maker.
  2. Place the kneader on the shaft.
  3. Place the ingredients in a baking dish. All ingredients should be at room temperature. Place the ingredients in the order indicated in the recipe. Put the yeast last. Pour sugar and salt around the edges, and place the yeast in the center, making a small indentation in the flour.
  4. Insert the baking dish into the breadmaker, securing it in the correct position.
  5. Close the cover.
  6. Connect the breadmaker to the mains (see the section "Using the breadmaker").
  7. Select a baking program and crust color.
  8. If necessary, set the delay start time.
  9. Click the Start button. The “:” colon will flash.
  10. If one of the programs is selected in the menu: Basic bread, French bread, Wheat bread, Sweet bread, Sandwich, a beep will sound during the second kneading. Then you can add fruits and / or nuts. Steam may escape from the ventilation slots in the lid during baking, this is normal.
  11. At the end of the baking program, 10 beeps sound and the breadmaker automatically switches to keep warm for 1 hour. After that, 10 more beeps sound, indicating that all programs are completed. If you want to take out the bread earlier, deactivate the keep warm function by pressing the Start / Stop button. Open the lid and take out the bread pan.Be sure to protect your hands with mittens or potholders, as the mold is hot.
  12. Turn the pan over and gently shake the bread out of it. If dough mixer remains in the bread, remove it with a knife or similar. Let the bread cool.
  13. Disconnect the breadmaker from the mains.

Cleaning and maintenance

Unplug the breadmaker from the mains and let it cool before cleaning.

  1. Baking dish: Grasp the handle of the baking dish and remove the baking dish from the machine by turning it counterclockwise. Wipe the outside and inside of the mold with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh scouring pads or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the non-stick coating. Dry the baking dish thoroughly before inserting it into the breadmaker.
  2. Kneader: If the kneader is difficult to remove from the bread, use a hook. Wipe the blades gently with a damp cloth.
  3. Housing: Wipe the housing gently with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners as they can damage the surface of the case. Do not immerse the body of the bread maker in water or other liquid.
    Note: It is not recommended to detach the lid from the bread maker.
  4. Before packing the instrument for storage, make sure it is completely cool and completely dry and clean. The lid must be closed.
