Hot water heats up the pipe, giving off heat, and the temperature depends only on the presence of hot water in the system.
The downside is that when connected to a central heating system, its functionality directly depends on the work of utilities. You can dry it only during the heating season. It is worth noting that water drying heats up very slowly, and you have to wait a long time to warm up the air in the bathroom.
Combined.
The most modern and latest device. Combined towel rails combine the positive qualities of water and electric heated towel rails. If necessary, they can serve in one of two modes. During the heating season, it is heated from hot water from the system, if necessary, it turns into a boiler, heating the liquid with a built-in water heater (TEN).

The painted version is more budgetary, but it will lose its beautiful appearance quickly enough. The chrome-plated model is more durable.
The black steel device looks no different from stainless steel. In the middle it is covered with a special protective compound to prevent corrosion. Copper and brass have high heat transfer.
