If the foods on the Dairy and Bakery Diet are consumed as directed, the feeling of fullness persists for a long time. Hunger only occurs when you eat in a hurry, such as drinking milk rather than sipping a teaspoon without haste, if you use too soft buns.

Drink as much and often as possible if you feel hungry or thirsty! But if, despite drinking warm herbal tea or high-quality water, the feeling of real hunger continues to pester, then you can eat several pieces of bread outside the time set for eating, of course not forgetting to chew it for a long time and thoroughly.

In the process of fasting, you should not allow the appearance of a painful feeling of hunger. If the process of improving the digestive tract goes right, then even in the most difficult cases, the need for additional meals disappears. But there is one point: distinguish between true hunger and an increased tendency, previously unrecognized, to enjoy food. It is very useful and valuable from a therapeutic point of view to resist this form of temptation. As for real hunger, it can be satisfied with buns without any problems.

Second day

The daily routine is almost the same as on the first day. Add dry brush body massage in the first half. We have already told you how to do it. In the afternoon, you can schedule light sports activities: jogging or taking a walk.

If you're still hungry, give yourself an enema.

Go to bed early.

The third day

Take a walk before lunch, and if there are no contraindications for the afternoon, schedule a visit to the sauna or bath. If you are not a sauna lover, then do the belly wrap, which we already mentioned in the conversation about the tea fast. You must allow two hours for this procedure.

If you have cramps in your stomach, drink tea that tastes like anise, fennel, cumin, which has anticonvulsant, soothing properties, apply a warm layer on your stomach and enjoy the peace. In addition to all of the above, abdominal massage is very useful, do it on all subsequent days.

Fourth day

If you do everything correctly and do it in full, then by this time your mood should have improved. Often this is accompanied by a desire to do something significant and useful. For example, it may occur to you to go to the country house and paint the house, redevelop the flower garden, and dig up a couple of ridges. Or at home you will undertake a general cleaning. Take your time with your personal bests! Although you already feel much better than before you started fasting, remember that the body is programmed today for fasting, and not for high personal achievements.

Do not override fasting prescriptions for food, drink, exercise, and more. If you feel euphoric about the results of the first few days of fasting, then channel the energy into mental or creative pursuits - this will be a good incentive to build your self-confidence.

Fifth day

This is actually the last day of fasting. It should proceed like the past four days. Take time to think about how to properly plan your recovery period, or rather, how to restructure your diet. Get everything you need from the store while walking.

Sixth day

(1st recovery day)

After lifting - taking a solution of bitter salt. As the intestines are to be loaded with more and more solid food, lie down before breakfast.

Instead of a bun and milk for breakfast, you are expected crispbread (not whole grain products!) and 50 g fat-free cottage cheese (alternative: 100 g bifidoc).

Enjoy a wellness-promoting treatment in the morning; from that day on the menu there is no more alkaline broth. Instead of alkaline broth, enjoy alkaline soup for lunch: stewed, mashed vegetables, drenched in your chosen liquid. If cooking vegetable soup some find it too long, then you can use milk whey instead.

Take alkaline powder as usual, but the dosage of mineral preparations can be reduced.

Dinner - you finally have your first dinner today! Like breakfast, it consists of crispy bread and cottage cheese (instead of cottage cheese, if desired, biokefir).

Alkaline soup recipe

The set of products and cooking method are the same as for an alkaline broth. Stew the vegetables and puree them in a little liquid, in which they were cooked. Then pour milk, cream, broth, water or soy milk into this puree of your choice so that the consistency of the mass is relatively thick. Boil again and add chopped spicy herbs to taste. The broth can be prepared only from carrots, only from onions, that is, from one type of vegetable, due to which peculiar, original taste sensations are obtained. There is no need to add any seasoning, as the alkaline soup has its own natural flavor thanks to the gentle cooking method and the high proportion of vegetables.

Maybe you like the spicy taste more? Then take root vegetable broth as a basis for soup, which can also be seasoned with sauces.

Root vegetable decoction

1/2 liter of broth requires 5 medium-sized carrots, 1 onion stalk, 1 medium-sized celery root, 1 bunch of parsley, 1 onion, sauce with a lot of spicy additives, freshly ground pepper for seasoning. Wash the vegetables, roughly chop and put in cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for about 30 minutes until tender. Remove the vegetables with a slotted spoon and strain the broth (if possible, then through a special napkin for broths, but you can through a fine sieve or through cheesecloth). If desired, the broth can be seasoned with sauce and pepper.

Tip: it is advisable to cook a decoction of root vegetables immediately in a large volume, then divide it into portions and freeze in the freezer. Using various soup fillings, you can then quickly prepare the required portion of delicious soup.

Seventh day

(2nd recovery day)

After getting up in the morning, take a saline solution.

Breakfast - crispbreads with soft, low-fat cheese.

Lunch - vegetables stewed with a minimum amount of butter or cream.

Dinner is the same as breakfast.

If you had problems with food tolerance the day before, stay on the first recovery stage for one more day (or maybe longer); if there were no problems, then expand the range of products and their quantity.

With those small amounts of food that you eat on recovery days, the body is still programmed to remove toxins. Therefore, continue with the accompanying procedures today.

You can gradually move away from mineral preparations, and take alkaline powder in a reduced volume, for example, 2 teaspoons in the morning at 10.00 or late in the evening at 21.00.

Eighth and last days

(transition to vital food)

The course of treatment is considered complete. The increase in the load on the digestive organs should be gradual. At each stage of the transition to good nutrition, you need to stay for one or two days, and preferably from three to five days.

Passing through all the transitional steps leads to a gradual stabilization of treatment results, and the vital food of the third step gives you the chance to organize healthier meals for the future. Let it go - forget that you were treated, and blame only yourself for the failure!
