CONSUMER ANALYSIS

Inexpensive bread maker. Made in China, but the build is good. A simple and good oven makes delicious bread.

FEATURES AND OPERATION: the device is extremely easy to operate: the LCD-display shows the menu, the choice of the weight and size of the baked goods, 4 options for the color of the crust (light, medium, dark, fast baking) and the entire cooking process: kneading the dough, raising the dough, preheating, main heating, the final. The menu button allows you to select 1 of 5 baking or cooking programs, each of the programs corresponds to a number from 1 to 10, which is reflected on the control panel in the form of a memo. The loaf weight selection button is pressed at the beginning of work and makes it possible to choose one of 2 categories: 350 g or 500 g.

The preheat mode only works in the Whole Grain Bread and Jam programs: the appliance heats up the ingredients before starting the first kneading step. The dough is prepared in 3 steps: directly kneading, which allows you to mix all the products and achieve the optimal consistency, lifting (rest) of the dough for the splendor of the product and deboning - without it, the dough will not lag behind the walls of the container and will not take the required shape. After baking, the bread must be removed from the oven immediately so that the crust remains. At the end of the baking cycle, the appliance automatically switches to the residual heating mode and maintains it for 1 hour, so the bread will be soft, fluffy and warm if you forgot to take it out right away.

Note that if you do not select the crust color and baked weight, the bread maker will default to the "medium crust" parameters. If you just need to knead the dough and not bake it, the device will cope with this in 1 hour, and at the end of the process a sound signal will sound. If you knead the dough yourself and just want to bake it in the appliance, then you can select the quick bake program for 60 minutes. If your recipe includes nuts or dried fruits, you just need to place them in the dispenser of your bread machine before starting. The device is equipped with a memory block that stores the entered program and the degree of readiness for at least 15 minutes. This is necessary in the event of a power outage while the bread is being baked.

The baking dish is made of aluminum with a Teflon non-stick coating. The bread maker has a modern security system and notifies the user about an existing problem in the work: overload or malfunction of the temperature sensor. The set includes detailed and clear instructions in Russian, where you can find tables of measures and weights of products, the most "delicious" recipes and tips for baking.

SUMMARY

ADVANTAGES: compact. Inexpensive. Nice, good plastic. Good build quality! (disassembled it after the dough crawled out of the bucket and filled everything inside).

LIMITATIONS: disgusting recipes in the instructions and the instruction itself. The recipes from the instructions are hardly suitable for us (hardly anyone will add some kind of "Genoese pesto" or marjoram, "fresh pecorino", capers and parmesan to the dough). But from the Internet, any recipe is easily suitable for this stove. Lack of timer. The quick bread does not have time to rise well.

GENERAL ASSESSMENT: if you follow page 99 and bake bread according to the "basic" program - 3 hours of baking (weight 500 g), then nothing will ever work out for you! Instead of water - 325, you need 200 (milk is possible). Instead of 3/4 sachet yeast, you need 2 tsp. Instead of flour - 375 g, you need 320 g. In general, the oven is good, but the instructions for it with recipes are RELEASED.

We specially took an inexpensive one, because we were not sure that we would use it regularly. Now we bake regularly, but only on weekends. The recipes were taken from different sources (internet, friends). Made in China, but the assembly seems to be nothing. Express baking fails. And the rest is a good bread maker for your money. It's a pity there is no sleep timer.
